Help us create a multiple choice test for a couple of content pieces

Hey, we have a couple of documents that our new employees read and we want you to create a tests which we can use as a part of our training.

I have the documents attached:-
-Privacy Policy Statement & Personal Information Collection Statement
-Candidate Test
-Code of Practice for Employment Agencies
-Employment Ordinance
-Discriminationa in the Workplace

So each of these documents/reading needs to be associated with a multiple choice test - i also attached an example for you because we branded it to the company so feel free to use that as reference or make changes you feel would work.

One of the things to note is that the Code of practice and Employment Ordinance, they are both in PDF with some content crossed out because it's irrelevant (Code of Practice especially)... please rewrite the content on in a simple style and make it pretty!

I have attached our logo for you - MAKE SURE THE LOGO IS EASILY REPLACEABLE!

no, actually the candidate test is one of the things that needs to be test on - the examples are actually the "terms of business and the test for that" you will see that a freelancer become had read the content and just created a simple 10 question for it

Dear contest holder: I think there's a confusion, the candidate test is an example? I only see 4 documents, so you only need 4 tests correct? since we need to read a significant amount of pages, can you please increase the prize? Thank you! #increaseprize
