Design the deck for this house using the Trex Transcend Series Island Mist color (https://shop.trex.com/trex-transcend-composite-decking-in-island-mist/). The goal is to build onto the existing structure and connect the two decks. The bulkhead will become a pull-up hatchway in the deck. I'm looking for renderings of the design and your ideas and imagination. A few things to keep in mind: there is a really nice expansive view of a golf course that is right at the edge of the backyard and it would be great to add a fire feature like a long firepit. Feel free to use your imagination and add stone or other veneers into the design. These renderings are really coming along! Thanks for all your work! A couple of notes, I would like to see a long, low fire table at the end of the deck (parallel with the house) to keep people from falling off and a regular table connecting to that, also to keep people away from the edge.

I’m sorry but this is our max budget for design on this project. Also this does not need to be to scale. The house does not need to be fully re-created, white blocks would be fine to represent the house.
