Looking for a talented designer and developer to produce a new mobile phone app that will be compatible with all mobile phones and tablet devices. The design will include all pages and logo with matching colors and relevant content. The app name is "taki mada" in Fijian meaning "let's drink"
This contest will be a complete "turn key" app ready to be launched by the time I take over so half completed work will not be accepted

what the app will to? The app will allow users to download by paying a small subscription/fee in order to activate it's services. Its services will be to provide by using a GPS system to locate anyone within the town/area/state who is selling this drink call "yaqona" or "kava" as it is sometimes referred to (see history link below for good understanding of what kind of drink it is)
Upon viewing all locations, the user will be able to select a seller icon on the map. when the seller icon is opened, the user will be able to view the contact details and the cost of the drink per kilo (as it will be in powdered form until strained and converted into liquid/drinkable form afterwards) and additional information of the seller location etc. I will suggest, we don't complicate this contest by having too many drop box systems that require sellers to write their info in one small paragraph, select a profile pic and load.
Sellers: - sellers will be able to register under sellers registration and once they do, they will be listed on the map, depending on what country the user is activating the app.

Additional functions may be suggested to contest holder and contest holder will endorse final decision if applicable or not.

All logo submissions must be relevant to the topic. top tip, I'm suggesting an animated/cartoon icon of a coconut shell which is what the drink is being drunk from. Additional information could be found on utube if you wish to extend your research prior to start of contest.

I will accept samples of the app in mock up form in the beginning and once i do, you will be required to adhere to the time frame on this contest.

App subscriptions: - I'm open to suggestions of on how to monetize the app, whether it be by a one time download fee or monthly. either way, sellers may have to pay a slightly higher fee than the normal user. I'll let you suggest this to me.

So remember, "yaqona" is sometimes referred to as "kava" it is a social drink typical in the south pacific islands and not just Fiji. This app is to connect users of which of which one type of user are called sellers.

there will be no shopping cart on this site. buyers and sellers will be expected to get in touch and make purchase outside this app at their own risk.

I did not understand exactly, do you need only the design or you need the app coded also ?
If you need the code also… the 190e prize is a little to low for the job.

I would advise you to consider the following: If your app is developed to HELP TO promote this drink - i would strongly advise to forget about Payment system. Also, you called your contest a mockup - mockup is a visual prototype, which includes no coding. And yet, in the brief you write that only 100% ready app will be accepted . Please, clarify that, because your app requires advanced programming and the budget above may not entice good quality programmers.
