THis banner will be faetured on a popular Mums website . It neeeds to stand out.
Banner Specifications are as follows ;

Medium Rectangle:
Size: 300 (w) x 250 (h) pixels, no more than 45kb in size.
Format: Rotating gif or static jpeg.
Design tip: We recommend against using a white background (unless there is a strong border) otherwise it doesn’t really stand out from the website.
