We have a logo, but we would like to have a T-Shirt designed with your creativity. Please see the attached images for examples and text below for information.

Looking for the wording provided on the sample "Lucky me I get to be your SLP". Logo is only for color sample and will be added to the sleeve only as it is. Please do not alter the logo...only for reference.

1. Logo is attached for reference of color and type. This will be used on the sleeve.
2. Have to have .psd file
3. Have to have .ai file
4. Must have all working files to include the layers
5. Awareness months: October - Down Syndrome, March - Cerebral Palsy, April - Autism. May - Childhood Apraxia of Speech

I am looking for the wording that is on the sample shirt of "Lucky to be your SLP" and then all of the awareness month information on the back. The Logo is for usage on the sleeve only. Please do not change the logo. For color sampling only. I am looking for 1 shirt not 1 for every awareness day. Thank you all for your hard work!
