Design a table on a web page in Microsoft Word format

See the table towards the end of that page titled "SUMMARY OF WHAT YOU WILL GET, WHEN YOU INVEST IN THIS TRADE EXCHANGE CONSULTING BUSINESS LICENSING OPPORTUNITY".

I want that table to be designed in Microsoft word and the output file to be a Microsoft Word file. The first page of the word version will be a cover page design. The title of the cover design will be "TRADE EXCHANGE CONSULTING BUSINESS"

Subtitle of its cover page would be "Resources provided for different licenses and the investment required for each license".

TAKE NOTE: CONTEST WOULD END IN THE NEXT FEW HOURS

1. This is just a test contest to test the design skills of designers. If I am impressed with the work done on this project, then, you can be sure to get a bigger design project on a one on one basis from me immediately after this work.

2. This contest will end in the next few hours, as soon as I get a designer with an impressive work. So, I am not going to necessarily wait till the end of the contest. If I get an impressive design in the next few hours from now, I'd end the contest, award it to the designer and start working on our bigger work with the designer.

  I am not impressed with the design entries submitted so far, so I am not going to award it to anyone here. The purpose of this contest is basically for me to see whose work is good enough to handle our major design projects. But so far, I have not seen any impressive work from anyone that gives me the confidence in anyone who could handle our major design project

To avoid any confusion, you're NOT expected to design the web page. The only thing to design on that web page is just the TABLE. The first page of the table should be a cover design whose title and sub title are in the contest brief. The final output file will be in Microsoft word doc. But in the course of this contest, you'll be submitting the image version of each design you do for my rating. The person whose design I finally choose will be required to deliver the design in Microsoft word and PDF file formats
