Design a New Year's Eve Party Flyer for my bar

Need a New Year's Eve party flyer for my wine bar. I've included some examples of other flyers we've done for design direction, however feel free to take it in any direction. Open to new ideas. Can be totally illustration based, or you can use an old school photo like last year's verion, up to you. Logos also included for use ("Bodega" is the name of the bar)

Layout 1: Portrait 8.5" wide by 11" tall
Layout 2: Square for social media - this can be done after the project is awarded, just need to do Layout 1 for contest, and once awarded you can modify that design for Layout 2.

Title: No Frills New Year's Eve Party
Body Copy: No Cover
Body Copy: Doors open at 8pm
feel free to ad more copy if you like, but only the above is mandatory.
