I need a logo designed for a NIGHTLIFE-event App

I'm looking for a logo brand design for 'HIEROW'

HIEROW is NIGHTLIFE-event app (Android & iOS), through this app you can stay up-to-date with the events nearby you.

There is NO tag line, feel free to use use creativity to brand name font or along with logo. Use colorful colors.

This is going to be next generation app, so feel free to come out with a creative design for logo name
ALSO REQUIRED : App Icon

> Make sure logo is also presented in Straight view on White and Dark colour backgrounds with respective colour combinations to look good.
> Selected logo and style should resemble the final files
> The final files needs to be in JPG, and PNG in various sizes to use for printing and web also to be shared the original file.
> Please make sure the logo is not copied and should pass the google image search criteria to avoid any close resemblance to avoid any copy right issues.

Did you know that Freelancer not only takes a fee from the contest holder but a 50% fee of the winning prize from the Designer???? Only saying here because think it's time the contest holders knew how much Freelancer are making on both them and us.... 50% is shocking... yes they are a portal but to take 50% how is that morally ok?
