We require a flyer for a real estate agents that sells Luxury Homes on the Sunshine Coast in Australia. The flyer will be letter box dropped and sent to prospective sellers so it must be targeted towards people wanting to sell their homes.

The flyer will contain a bio of the agent and some testimonials etc. The company logo is black and yellow (see attached) and the flyer will need to appeal to the high end of the real estate market.

Flyer can be an open a4, a folded A4 or a traditional flyer, no rules just want something that is eye catching and modern and crisp.
