Hello,

We are a dental practice design and fitout company looking for a freelancer who can draw preliminary concept layouts for new practices and existing practices.
This competition is to see who has the requires skills to draw this up.
The person who wins we will consider to continue using for future works.

Attached the basebuild plans of the building. They are named "RARANGA ST" The Dental practice is to go into UNIT B only

The attached file that only shows the outline dimensions is what you are to create the dental practice inside.

Rooms to be included are as follows;
2 x Dental Surgeries
1 x Steri room
1 x Small office
1 x Staff room
1 x Reception and waiting area. Work on approx 6 + seats

I have added some previous projects for you inspiration and so you can see approximate sizes and requirements.
