We sell party decoration kits for purchase online and are launching our business.
We would like to create a short 2D cartoon animation explainer video to place on the landing page of our website based on the provided storyboard.

We need an illustrator/animator to turn the attached brief into a fun cartoon animation to show who we are, what we sell and a call to action, clearly and effectively in 30-60 seconds (max).
Note: Voiceover to be provided by us, to suit animation as per brief.

To enter our design competition, you will be required to provide concept art for the video.
If selected based on this concept art, the successful entrant will then need to provide a completed 2D cartoon animation video (30-60 seconds maximum) in MP4 format, under 1GB in filesize, in the 16:9 aspect ratio (landscape for website and social media, and portrait for Stories style videos).

Please see attached design brief for detailed requirements.
Storyboard graphics and images are indicative only.

We are open to discussion on how best to achieve this animation based on your expertise.

This animation will also be posted to social media platforms of Instagram & Facebook and must be suitable.

Additional animations will be required for our brand, and a need for consistency will ensure ongoing work with Refined Lunacy for the winning artist.
