We are organizing events like job fairs, recruitment open days for healthcare professionals. Our target is: doctors, nurses, pharmacists, dentists, etc. We want to advertise our job fairs to them so that they attend and see the open positions available.

The messages shouldn't be both on one poster. We'll create different posters with different messages and different pictures so that the message be empathic to our target's problems. Also, we don't want to mention the targets on the poster but imply it by the use of picture and headline.
