I would like to have a logo design for my business name. The business name is Zutilio.

The winner will be the design that best meets all of the following rules:

1. Clean, simple, modern, minimalistic logo of the name Zutilio.
2. Do not emphasize the cleaning industry too much. The logo should only hint that the business is in the cleaning industry.
3. Colors and fonts should make the logo easy to read.
4. Adding a design element or symbol to go with the name is highly encouraged but should not prevent the name from being easy to read. The name should take up more space on the canvas than the design element.
5. Background should be transparent.
6. Use modern colors. Avoid drop-shadows, beveling and gradation.
7. Winner to provide source files in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) format.
8. The logo must be original and the winner must transfer all IP rights in the logo.
