I am looking for a designer / programmer to create me a custom metronome (the old fashioned one) for my web site. It needs to resize for all platforms. The metronome needs to be similar to the one attached but as well as a moving arm I would also like a digital display on it so it shows the BPM (beats a minute) - maybe on the bottom

To adjust the speed the user can either move the bar up and down / a plus and minus option or to type the tempo in (IE: 120 BPM)

Please study the metronome before offering to complete this work as the metronome has to be accurate.

  I found the culprit why the animation is jumpy on some browsers (I tested on Mozilla Firefox). I already know the fix but I'll have to re-code the plugin a bit.
  
  Also, what browser were you using and what device? (I've also left some comments yesterday on the entry in case you haven't seen it yet)
