My company is redeveloping an old shopping mall into a large, vibrant mixed-use development (3 million square feet) with retail, apartments, a hotel, and offices. There will be an abundance of restaurants and bars with extensive foot traffic that will energize the community. The centerpiece of the development will be a retail village that has a cool, industrial aesthetic. We are looking to attract high-tech startups and Fortune 500 companies to the office component of the project as well.

We are looking for two things: 1) a name for the development, and 2) a logo.

**Note: if you only want to submit a logo, please use 'New Development' as the placeholder name**

Please check #99 and scroll through on the bottom left - our team has conducted a UX research and created a logo with a brand identity brochure for you. Don't pay 400 dollars for a logo with no research behind it! You will regret it in the long run and lose out on tons more if you have to change it later.

I see people already asking for you to seal the contest. If you value your time, efforts and money, don't do it. There are a handful of us that care about quality and originality. If you seal the contest, we can't report stolen/copied designs from other sources. And believe me, you don't want to go through the hassle of reverting an awarded prize. Leave it open and don't rate at all, so the copycats won't have a clue of what to copy. If you like a concept, communicate with the designer and work together on getting what you need.
